He’s built schedules, tracked time, and processed payroll for teams ranging from 3 to 50 employees. For the past 5.5 years, Joe has worked in sales and customer success at When I Work, helping businesses purchase, implement, and manage the platform—especially for seasonal and fluctuating workforces. Outside of work, he helps run a cottage baking business with his mom.

He works closely with franchise owners who are juggling seasonal staff, multiple locations, and too many disconnected systems. Before Rippling, Ani spent nearly a decade in HR tech, working with companies of all sizes to make onboarding, scheduling, and payroll less of a headache. Outside of work, Ani is an avid cyclist and is often found on long rides trying to escape the chaos of the city.
